    Well, as a mom myself. The best way that honestly worked for me is you have to combined diet with exercise. Try to calorie count and keep it at no more then 1200 calories per day, don't go lower then 900. And to exercise at LEAST 30 minutes per day. Though, I would go for an hour or two easily while my daughter naps which is best. I'd switch it up, 30 minutes on my bike or fast paced walking then do 5 sets of 10 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, and skipping then go on another exercise machine for another 30. If I got tried I'd half my exercise, do 30 or so minutes in the afternoon and 30 or so in the evening. Also, drinking lots of water is SO SO SOOO, important. About 3-4 liters per day. Trust me, I lost 30 lbs in a month doing this the healthy way. Hope this helped, and good luck 😊

    Get on the treadmill and walk, even if it's just 20 mins a couple times a week then add more time as u go:) the pounds should fall off! It's takes discipline and dedication but you can do it!

    10min fat burn circuit!!
    Burpees for 30sec
    High knees 30 sec
    High kicks 30 sec
    Crescent lunges 30 sec
    Push-up 30 sec
    Mountain climbers 30sec

    Do four rounds of these in that order.

    Also there's stuff like...
    Russian twist 30sec
    Side to side push up 30sec
    Jump tucks (not backflips lol) 30 sec
    Toe touches 30 sec
    Jacknife 30sec ( just touches toes in v form)

    Jumping jacks
    Jump rope
    45 min walking on treadmill
    These alone honestly are really good if you want low on the arm pain lol.

    High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

    It's the best for that kind of thing. Look online for some programs it's kind of like 1 minute of walking and then 30 seconds of full on sprinting and then repeat for like half an hour. That's just ONE way to do it. Again there's much more detailed programs if you look on google. But just healthy diet and really any kind of exercise will get you to lose any unnecessary fat after awhile.

    Have a warm cup of water in the morning and go for a walk.

    Make it a habit.
    So simple and so easy to do that you can do it consistently without much effort.

    Listen to an audio book or some music on your walks to make them more enjoyable.

    The best way to burn fat is to deadlift a barbell with weight. 10 reps of those and you will be out of breath. Weight training burns fat while and after you do it. Cardio only burns fat while you are doing it.

    actually building muscle is the best way to lose fat, since it raises your basal metabolic rate (amount of calories you burn per day without moving). Cardio is only the third priority after resistance training and diet.

    Depended on current fitness levels of your persons I can suggest two main cardio methods of training the first one is call continuous cardio training where you perform for long duration with low or medium intensity or high intensity interval training where you perform at burns of high then low or medium intensity for a shorter duration that is what I would advice

    Sprints. And leg workouts in general. Women have great leg and butt muscles, work these and speed your metabolism up. Also, sometimes just walk on a treadmill and do your internet stuff then. Time flies.
