I used to be skinny most of my life up till about 2016 when I started gaining weight.
I just keep snacking throughout the day. I've gone up in the last few years as my job is making me depressed so I get bad & eat 4 chocolate biscuits.
I've been good on my Christmas break. Not much but the scale has gone down one number.
I want to lose 5kgs.
