I workout 3 times a week and I do weighted workout for my abs too, however it seems like my stomach just become bigger. it seems like the muscle does become bigger but the fat is not reducing, hence it is bigger. So I assume I need to do stomach fat loss exercises instead of weighted abs workout for that, any of you guys have good suggestions for that?

You don't loose fat on a specific place, nor are there exercises for it. You loose or gain fat everywhere. Loosing fat is 90% nutrition and 10% exercising

Spot reduction isn't possible. It's a scientific fact. I'd suggest losing weight that will lead to fat loss all over your body.
