im 5'8 115 pounds is this normal for my size?

That's way too skinny, man. I thought that I was skinny when I was 135 lbs (basically the same height as you at 19) but 115 is like anorexic for a guy.

i'd think 115lb is slightly underweight. i'm 5'7 about 140lbs and on the bottom end of average weight for my height... but everyone is different.

put on muscle. increase protein and carb amounts. make sure you are getting enough calories per day and maybe exceed them. i know for me though at your age i struggled to put on weight.
