I don't agree at all with the chart. You know what body type I like best? Someone who is happy with the body they have and don't feel the need to live up to unrealistic standards to try and impress other people.

Any of the kind of weights represented in the middle row are ideal for me, not too little, not too much. I think athletic and fit bodies have the best amount of body weight. They don't have to be muscular and bodybuilder type of bodies, just physically fit.
