I think with your Metabolism Perhaps Working Overtime, @skykidx1, It is Everything You Eat, even if it's a Treat... You Burn it off Quickly because you are Very Active, Being Actively More So than the "Ideas" you May Put into your mouth.
Don't worry, with age, comes the bloat and Float. I have Seen young guys when Squirts, and then, Older, Big as a Boulder, almost Like Over nite.
For Now Somehow, Partake in Cake and More Starches and Keep those Treats to a Minimum so it doesn't Make you Too... Unhealthy.

Coconut milk has a lot of calories but is still healthy, Avocados, Pasta has a lot of calories as well so you can eat a lot of that and mix it with a bunch of things, Mackerel fish is a good option too, nuts and especially peanut butter, CHEESE (not always healthy tho but who cares, yum), risotto, salad dressings (not healthy but you can eat it along with healthy foods lol), quinoa has a lot of calories, hummus, and BANANAS 🍌💛

Chicken, eggs, fruits, veggies, avocado, oatmeal you can make pasta out of zucchini or try whole wheat pasta, you can make icecream out of frozen bananas and fruit blended to that consistency
