Could I be pregnant?

I've been getting some pregnancy symptoms my last period was Oct.4, I am now 2 weeks past and some of my symptoms are, missed period, slight nausea, slight dizziness, sore/sensitive breasts, headaches and cramping, had a fever that lasted from Oct.13-Oct.15, and I was spotting the the following weeks Monday to Thursady. I have taken 3 home pregnancy test but all came back negative.

The nausea and dizziness doesn't come to often but i have heard of women having low hgc during pregnancy so the test couldn't detect it

Am I pregnant or is it something else, if it is something else what could it be?

This is the reason I hate asking anyone anything on this website, I didn't ask what I should do and I didn't ask for judgmental suggestions, I simply asked what people thought about my situation given my circumstance. I know to make a doctors appointment which I've already done, I didn't ask to be told something I know I asked to get others opinions!!!
