If you're already full due to drinking water (not intentionally), should you still eat when it's meal time?

It's almost 8 p. m. here but throughout the day I have been drinking water so now I'm full. Not because I intentionally drank water to make me full though... but I just had been thirsty a lot. Should I still eat? I'm so not hungry but skipping meals is not healthy, right? Although I am trying to lose weight...
