Every time I try to google it, its all these bs facial exercises, by exercises I mean rubbing your face and puckering your lips and making x and o sounds, this doesn't work at all..
I thought maybe lowering my body fat percentage by dieting (1200 calorie diet) would also affect my face considering I can't target weight loss.. Will this work?
And I know its kinda sketch and i'm not a believer but do the facial exercises work? Last of all, are there any other tips? Drinking more water? Does green tea help? Certain foods? other exercises?
