I got pimples after getting my eyebrows waxed how can I get rid of them?

I've never had pimples before but yesterday I went to get my eyebrows done and got them waxed and tinted and pucked and now I have s lot of tiny pimples on my forehead I mean I did get them done the day before my "thing" starts if that makes a difffence. Help please how can I get them to go away?

Also some parts of my skin that got effected by the waxing got really lighter is that normal? Now half my face is dark and the other one is really light

Just use normal cleanser to clean your face. If you go back to get waxed, try to wash your face first before going. It's common to get small pimples after because wax traps dirt and oils easily and is pulling out hairs completely therefore creating openings for that dirt and oil to easily get trapped. I have a wax machine at home and have had this problem before, just try to wash your face before and after.

I was also wondering why did the area that was waxed make my skin lighter now it looks weird

clean with warm soapy water. the waxing probably just let dirt and crap into your pores. it may take a few days but they should go away

The pimples will go away in about a week. These are ingrown hair pimples. Happens all the time if you remove hair infrequently.
