How do I get rid of my wrinkles on my forehead?

I have wrinkles on my forehead without raising my eyebrows and I'm only 14. I do a lot of movements with my eyebrows when I talk and now I have a bunch of wrinkles.

Is there any other option than botox?

I have a permanent wrinkle in my head from the same thing, but I never felt like it made me unattractive. You'll be fine either way!

Oh I never thought of that. My sleep routine used to be very messed up and it still kind of is but not as messed up like it used to.

I try but it's not that easy, I have a very busy life and at night is the only time I can relax and be alone. I also have insomnia.

Yeah I am, my dad commented on how tall I've become. I'm 5'6 haha.
