How to get rid of irritating whiteheads on my chin?

I think it’s whiteheads and I don't know how to get rid of them they irritate me sm because in the sun it stands out and that’s all you see

how can i get rid of them asap? ps excuse what I look like

Hot towel on there and open it up. Cleanse with a deep cleaner. Dont wear make up either until it clears up because it gets in the pores. Then I'm not sure how it works but I'm sure you can Google it, but close the pores up.

It looks more like fungal acne or irritation from sun exposure. I don't know though how to help. Definitely ask a dermatologist or ask in a medical forum online
