Girls, Any other girls just suffer from irregular periods?

Yes. It's a pain. However, I suggest that you get checked out at the gynecologist and see what is causing you to have that, especially if your bleeding very heavy. It could be a sign of something very serious. When I first started mine, it has always been irregular. Now in my 20's it went to a normal cycle in a way. But now my kinds of bleeds is heavier too. So if you can drink natural hot green tea, and chamomile tea, that is a good start. Stay away from caffine at all cost as that will increase the bad cramps and pain. Always exercise before you begin your period. That is my advice. Hopes this helps.

Same with me. Sometimes at day 2-3. I believe that it depends on the time of day it started as well. It depends on how many hours past by. It's hormones, so that is why I told you get that checked, because you're thyroid besides the environment and weather plays a role in that.

Yes.. Its called anovulation... I usually have 3 to 4 periods a year... And it has been that way since I started having periods...

I have done my research and check in with doctors and I have found that its not a necessity to have 12 periods a year...

But to be sure you are Ok do check with your obgyn

After my last child, my periods were very irregular for years. It would skip months, then last for weeks at a time. Miserable feeling. I finally went on the depo shot, now I have no period. Yay!!!

That's what's happening he's 3 and I think my weight may play a part too because when I was exercising regularly it was regular since I stopped it's weird again

Same thing happened with me. I tried all the home remedies /supplements, nothing worked. The doctor didn't even know the cause after running every test possible. Birth control has really helped me. Good luck to you

If I'm pretty stressed out it can go twice in one month or have a short amount of days in between them

No I always get my period within 1-4 days of the date it's expected.
