I obsess more over my personality than my features. Although I have a 6 pack, V lines, nice lats etc, I am a bit short and therefore not that attractive, which I have to make up for with my personality. Changing your personality is hands down harder than losing weight.

I lose weight pretty dramatically pretty fast. If I so much as skip two breakfasts I can be down 1KG on the 3rd day.
So I obsess over how I look in the mirror, but I keep track of what I weigh every now and then to make sure im not dropping too much.
How I look when I stare myself in the mirror. Because I'm short and I weight 112 lbs. Which is a healthy weight. But... I have a pear shape, and I don't eat that healthy (those tacos and that Mexican food isn't the healthiest lol). So I care more on physically look

However I do know that your weight fluctuates depending on time, what you ate etc. Typically if I'm in the same 5-10 range then I'm good.

None. I've realised i can't really modify my body to look EXACTLY how i want it to look, so I've just let it go. I work out and have a healthy lifestyle, it shows on my body and that's really all i can ask for.
.. Then again i just realised this when i woke up this morning so my opinion might very well be totally different by tomorrow lol
The way I look. Truth be told I have no idea how much I weigh - the last time I measured was about three years ago. But I'm probably in between 70 and 76gk. Closer to 76 most likely but I dunno exactly.
I focus more on my frame, not on how much I weigh. I also focus on how I feel and if my doctor tells me I'm in good health. Lol.
I'm in the best shape of my life and my bmi is on the brink of being overweight. Body weight =/= Health.
I care more about how my mirror reflection looks. I just check on the scale whether I'm being dellusional or if I actually gained/lost weight
D. I go by what I look like unless it appears I'm gaining or losing a lot of weight, then I focus on the scale.
It used to be the number on the scale until I noticed it wasn't moving but the number on my jeans waistband needed to be lower 😉
The shape you are in, physically. The scale doesn't really tell you much. You can tell better by body shape. I'd like to know my blood pressure, though
I think this is definitely different for men and women. For me, I'm constantly trying to GAIN weight and put on muscle. So, for me, definitely more interested in how I look

Muscle weighs more than fat. So if you're muscular, you'll be heavier (and in better shape)
