Okay before I start, you look fine your not overweight or even chubby.
Now how to loose weight , personally I would not use weight as the goal because building muscle actually causes you to gain weight so use inches instead.
You have two options when it comes to this cardio and muscle building (ie lifting/bodyweight)
Cardio:
If you want to go with the cardio method your going to need to set aside an hour or two every day to do either running biking skating (my new personal favorite for land, it will really build your butt from the constant side lunges, which is never a bad thing) swimming (burns more calories than others because of full body use) jump rope (very high calorie burner especially when used in a hiit style workout or any other cardiovascular activity. The trick is to do it religiously and always keep your heart rate up.
Lifting
Now Im not going to go into much detail on how to lift because I do cardio with minimal bodyweight workouts for my personal fitness, but the idea behind lifting to loose weight is that the more muscle you build, the more your resting calories burned increases and there for fat is lost if all other things are kept the same. I would highly Highly highly suggest you find a lifting partner who is experienced to go with you your first month or so because you will hurt your self if you try to do an exercise and do it wrong and that isn't a threat meant to scare you away its just a serious concern if you have never done serious lifting. Body weight is also and option. and great if you don't have a gym membership, you would be surprised how much muscle you can gain from. push up variations, lunges, sit up variations, and the all. mighty burpee.

Any extra weight that you are carrying is minimal, I like your figure. Avoiding added sugar in food/drink and keeping fat intake below a defined minimum level are usually the best ways to see an improvement. Also, less carbs and more proteins. That is not to say eliminate carbs, but too much bread, pasta and potatoes is not good.
the best thing to do is start by seeing a personal trainer and get a fitness assessment (these are free at most gyms). Learn your BMI, body fat percentage, and what you can do to improve both of these. These are the true factors behind slimming doen.
Weight training coupled with HIIT cardio is usually your best bet when it comes to fitness. These two are huge metabolism boosters. If you're willing to make an investment, a trainer can easily get you started on a program. If you can't spend the money, various free apps exist (FitGurus is my favorite) which will set up exercises for you based on info you put in. Sometimes people go to the gym everyday but don't train effectively. A littlf guidance will eliminate that.
It sounds as though you are eating the RIGHT things, however are you eating the right AMOUNT? Research portion sizes. We often overeat without realizing we are doing it. Track your food for a view days (via MyFitnessPal or a like app) and add everything that goes into your body. This is eye opening to see it in print!

You look toned, so that is not a problem, but I suppose you want some more muscle definition? Two things. If you want to loose fat, your carb intake must be lower than your daily need, but you also need low intensity cardio to burn fat. High intensity will use other energy sources of the muscles. If you want to build muscle, you need weights, heavy weights, and train every muscle to exhaustion. Furthemore, you need proteins. But proteins are only absorbed in small amounts by the body, so you have to split them over some 5 small portions a day.

well if you're not losing weight, it means you're still matching your caloric intake to your caloric expenditures, which can be hard to do, for example after I work our I build a much bigger appetite and therefor compensate, perhaps you do the same without realizing it. Hence people creating meals ahead of time for portion control.
I think you have a nice body. The shorts look good on you. I think you are being too hard on yourself. If you want to try something different, get yourself a bike and bike everywhere, that is better than walking.
I know it sounds cocky, but eat less and workout more. Count how many calories you eat on an average day and then start decreasing the amount of calories in a controlled way.
Lool funny. Do intense cardio every single morning before breakfast for 30 minutes. Weight problems no more.
are you serious, you look absolutely fine. believe me when I say you could look 100 times worse.
