I eat pretty healthily, make sure not to overeat, and go to the gym a few days a week (even if I skip a day, I walk on average 8-10 miles a day because of where I live). I'm fine with my body except for my stomach! It looks pregnant most of the time. What's worse is that the rest of my body looks athletic and I have a thin to medium frame. I wear hoodies or big t shirts all the time because of it. I drink a lot of water and green tea.
My (usual) waist measurment is 26". But why the bloating?
