What is my body trying to tell me?

So all last night i felt like puking and my stomach hurt so I didn't eat anything just drank water.

Eventually I puked like 7 times and it was just stomach acid and water. Eventually I puked two more times and like I saw specks of blood.

I don't think the blood came from my stomach, I think it came from the acid burning my throat consider it looks like I have blisters forming now...

How are you feeling today? How long is it since you last vomited?

The vast likelihood is that you have had either food poisoning or a virus. The most likely virus would be gastroenteritis or noro virus (basically the same thing).

The most important thing is that you keep taking in fluids, even if only sips of water regularly. Vomiting causes dehydration. You should rest your stomach for the first 24hrs after vomiting and then on the second day try only small amounts of very bland foods such as those on the BRAT diet (bread, rice, applesauce, toast).

If the vomiting continues for more than 48hrs then see a doctor. Also, if you have any other symptoms that concern you then see a doctor straight away.

I'm feeling okayish i tried to eat again a little but now my stomach is achy but I think the blood came from a blister i can not only feel but see in the back of my throat... it wasn't there until I woke up today. it was probably from the really bad acidy burn i felt while puking

Seems like everyone is suggesting food poisoning, I've only had that two times and both times, as soon as they touched my stomach, they came right back up. My body rejects anything it deems as "too much". and you dont drink, that was my last guess, because those symptoms are similar...

You need to rehydrate yourself and try to eat something. If you continue to puke up any amount of blood you need to go to the doctor ASAP. If it doesn't continue then it could have just been due to an irritation.

I think you might have a stomach flu, if you can't keep anything down even over the next 2 days I recommend seeing a doctor, they'll probably give you an electrolyte infusion
