The medication Topamax has a side effect that does cause weight loss
for people and it seems to work better for females than it does for males
and it won't make you nervous and I took Topamax and it does have a
good side effect profile the only thing is that you need to drink lots of
water while taking it or lots of liquids so the medication doesn't cause
kidney stones.

i was a fat elephant 4 years ago, i think i was more than 96 kgs, but then i decided to make a commitment to fitness, and then i used to workout for more than 6 hours a day, for quick results. which i will never recommend to anyone. but i wanted quick results so i used to workout more than 5 hours at home and 2 hours at the gym in one day.

Phentermine was the only one that worked, but since it is "speed" my doc only let me have it for 90 days... had withdraws too... but Gacinia works. Get it from GNC Purest form they have. something like 45.00 for 60 pills or close? but it really works, you will loose weight, if you drink water, exercise and take it. You have to cut calories, there is no magic pill to solve it all

the best way to lose weight is take up running... although you'd need to be a certain age for that... maybe pills do work let's see what others will say.

think about that but ask a doctor if you can or his/her opinion on the best way to lose weight doctors are always interested in getting their patients to lose weight... they'll probably lay out a good diet for you excercise plans etc etc.

why take anything... i cut sugar in the summer. i eat more calories now and lost loads of weight plus my brain feels less fried. seriously google sugar free diets and try and watch a movie called 'that sugar film'
