*This was not a post asking if I should gain weight, I've already made my choice*
I have an extremely fast metabolism and I've struggled to gain weight my whole life. I'm currently 5'2 and weigh 100 pounds. I look like a stick with curves and I'm very displeased with my body. I tried eating more calories than I'm burning, but nothing seems to work. I lose all the weight I gain (which I barely gain any to begin with) So now I'm going to use apetamin. I've researched it a lot and it seems to work for people with even the fastest of metabolisms.Not me.
As someone in dietetics myself, I wouldn’t ever recommend this to a client. Those syrups are usually social media gimmicks that can actually cause more harm than good. You have to put into question if it even works. I look at it the same as herbal life. Herbal life promotes themselves as a program to help people lose weight, but what they won’t tell you is herbal life is a pyramid scheme that has been brought to court several times for causing cancer from people that have used herbal life products.
I also just found this on a simple article : The problem, however, is that increasingly people using Apetamin are reporting negative side-effects ranging from extreme fatigue and nausea to liver failure and even comas.
Lol I already stated that I've researched it. These people are few and far between and they start out by overdosing on the apetamin instead of starting small. Plenty of meds have adverse side affects when used wrong.
@strawberryshake you can do whatever you want to your body, but I am telling you I would never recommend this to a client. You definitely shouldn’t be getting your health advice off of social media, you should be going to a dietitian. They would probably say the same exact thing I am saying. Do you though, it’s your life
I would start looking at reviews for the product and the company. If they both seem to be on the up and up; you should try it out. Though 10 years on the market is the best marker for a good product.
I only slightly looked it up but since it’s not approved by the FDA and illegal for sale in the US I’d say probably not. You just have to change how you eat in order to eat more I can explain to you how I did it if you want.
I’m sure there are a lot of safe meds and drugs not approved yet. I just know if it’s approved then it’s good. Plus something to gain weight is unnecessary unless you’re at risk of being malnourished which is generally what apetamin is used for
You either have a thyroid problem or don't know what you are doing. No matter how good your metabolism is if you take in more than you burn you will gain weight.
