breath slowly, breathing fast can mess up your corbon dioxide and oygne levels making your blood acidic and this can cause a full blown panic attack

do lots of cardio as itll help you tolerate anxeity much better without making you feel like your gonna faint
deal with your stressors, only you know them
meds like propronalol can slow your heart beat and make calm you down
social life can lower stress

I still haven't figured it out. I used weed medicinally which helps, but only to a degree. A lot of therapists say stop and take deep breaths and go to your happy place.. but for me that's a lot easier said than done.
Psychologists usually say to focus on your breathing, taking deep breathes to slow your heart rate down. Maybe try tensing a muscle and letting go of it (probably doesn't make a lot of sense but I'll give an example... clinch your fist, tensing it up and then slowly let go of it or you should do it with shoulders: tense them up and slowly let it go) Hope it helps 😊
