What is the most painful thing you've had to endure?

i was just woken up by a cramp behind my knee, and now i am using this place to try and sleep again.

Probably spraining my lower back.
I've been stabbed , I've suffered hypothermia , I've gone days without sleeping , I've even open-sea kayaked for 12 hours in a day , but nothing comes close to spraining my back.
I literally couldn't move without being in constant pain , if I bend over , it hurts , if I get off my bed it hurts , if I sit down , it hurts , the pain is a constant dull hum that turned me into a massive cranky grouch.
I could have gone to the doctor but then it'd cost money , as it goes death is the poor man's doctor so I just sucked it up and went along , the pain subside after a week or so luckily.

Eating poorly then training for cross country, you never know where or when the cramp would hit. I remember the first one because I was walking down the hallway the day after training & collapsed trying to go down the stairs after class. I must have been grounded for like ten minutes, the nurse gave me a sick slip & had her assistant bring fruit to my room (boarding school). Looking back, i guess it could have been worse loosing a tooth or something because I was oblivious to what suddenly hit me.

Bipolar. When I get severely depressed, "pain" is the only word to describe what I feel. There's no actual physical sensation, but in every other way it feels exactly the same. At my very worst, I once spent a whole night curled up in a ball, crying uncontrollably.

Either when I broke my arm and collar bone, or when I had a neck condition called tortocolis, where you wake up with a pain in your neck - I turned my head to look at my clock and this horrific unexpected shooting pain went from my shoulder all the way up my neck

cold. I am a pussy when it comes to the cold. also, I ski race. so I've been in some cold ass situations with nothing but a spandex suit. felt like my bones were cracking. then again, I'm a pussy in the cold

Hmm... probably fainting because I hadn't eaten in a few days. My stomach had been cramping up for so long and I felt all dizzy. Then when I collapsed from fainting, I bumped my head against a doorframe and got a mild concussion.

Either when my arm got torn out of socket while tubing, my leg got burned by a lawnmower, or when I got stung on the back of the hand by a scorpion. Those were all pretty bad.
