I had similar feelings when I was 30, I had a good job and my own house and an SO and a car and everything. Life was comfortable but it felt ultimately pointless. I had nothing left to do but grind away at work for three more decades and then retire and wait to die. It was a lack of fulfilment.
I think I might have issues besides that, but it was that feeling that I would have nothing worth looking back on that got me down the most.

well, you started with "i have a job, i feel comfortable". that might mean you are already addicted to this routine and you can't get out of it. maybe you can find a way to disconnect, at least for a while. find some ways to relax. get rid of people who don't genuinely make you happy, or find new people who could make you happy. do things that you've never done. I don't know, something crazy you've never thought of.
Depression is a chemical imbalance. You don't need a reason. Maybe it's time to shop around for a new therapist and think about medication?

Depression is an illness, it isn't always due to things being wrong in your life. What psychologists have you spoken to?
I suggest getting a hoby cause most people don't really care about work and if your comfortable there is nothing to look forward to. Find something to be excited about besides TV which only makes people more depressed.
If psycologists don't know what to do, then why would someone on gag?
Can happen if u can't see any sense in life or in what u are doing.
I feel the same way... Apparently it's because we are stuck in a routine and need to change it up
