Am I in danger of going into ketoacidosis?

I started the keto diet a week ago after I noticed my exorbitant amount of abdominal fat. In about 24 hrs my urine started to smell meaning I probably got knocked into ketosis relatively fast. I currently feel great, made it through the "flu" but am concerned I may be putting myself at risk for other problems. My keto strip tested 40mg/dL (?) today when I tested it and thats after carb loading last night. I usually don't eat more than 20g of carbs a day (mostly bc I eat and get full super fast) but last night upped it up to a 45g total for the day.

Current stats: 4'5.5", 32-25-34, 117 lbs approx 25% boyfriend

Goal: 32-24-34, 110lbs of muscle, 18% boyfriend
