I will not eat for a while.. I decided to drink only water and eat fruit. I will also take the drugs prescribed by my doctor, that's all.. How much weight will I lose, has anyone tried it this way? I don't have a problem with hunger, I can last a very long time. Keep your hurtful comments to yourself, I can't handle the insults anymore.
You can try like a fast 800 diet, its essentially time restricted eating (no food, just water or black coffee) for 14-18 hours then only eat for a small window of time, the idea being that during the "fast" your body has time to "fix" its self as things are not running (like your stomach related processes) and it will reduce your blood sugar levels
Its fairly safe to do for a period of time perhaps a few weeks, i would recommend maybe a multi vitamin to just cover all your bases, with that sort of diet you can look to loose about 3lb a week at first but probably not much more as you won't have the energy for long runs etc.
As for exercise on such a diet, keep to a minimum until your body gets used to the changes, once your blood sugar level drops you can then start doing the odd run for an hour a few times a week and be fine
as long as you supplement your dietary needs through a fruit shake then it should be okay. there are some fruitarians out there that are even bodybuilders

The right way to do it is by eating well all the time, but as much as you need.
Otherwise as soon as you start eating more, your body will accumulate more than before.
I have not tried that kind of diet. Counting calories and exercising is usually best for me.
Depends on how much fruit you eat, but it's likely you'll suffer serious health consequences regardless.
