I exercise about 5-6 times a week. Monday through Friday and then occasionally on a Saturday, but never Sunday because that is my rest day. I burn 500 calories on the treadmill to keep lean and build stamina, then exercise on the different machines like the chest press.

Honestly, about 2 or 3 times a day.
Not necessarily stuff that gets my heart thudding though. A lot of it is standing meditation, iron palm (hand conditioning), muscle sinew change, calisthenics.
2 days a week. A routine similar to Fit Tribe It is like group circuit training and is really fun. Use to do Zumba and that is super fun too if you are coordinated enough to move like that. Sometimes I will dance and zumba around the house on my own.
Monday is HIIT and weights
Tuesday is aerial yoga
Wednesday is Pilates
Thursdays is HIIT and weights
Fridays is aerial yoga in the morning and hot yoga at lunch

I walk 3.5 miles everyday it doesn't rain and just some light free weight work before and after my walk. If I'm especially motivated I'll walk twice and add another set of free weights.
3-4 times but wake up every moening and do 100 pushups and situps before anything else, better than any coffee to wake you up
I workout 3-4 times a week mostly just long walks or workout dvds/youtube videos. The dvds and I do are pilates, yoga, zumba and tae bo.
My exercise is kinda weird. My job is my exercise it involves so much walking that I actually had to get custom made insoles for my shoes because my arches were starting to sage and arthritis started.
7 times a week! No rest days!
I have leg days and arm days.
Deadlifts, squats, free weights, lunges, cardio, omg a whole lot for four hours a day!3-4 always but I do yoga every day (morning & night) . I do 15 minutes of high interval training 4 days a week with a 5 mile run 3-4 days a week when my schedule and weather allow it.
I don't go to the gym to exercise, I work hard whether its tossin hay bales, chopping logs, or just my job, carrying steel all day
