Before taking any supplement, look at the ingredients and know what each one of those does, know what you are putting into your body. But.. If you think that is a magic pill or something, you're on the wrong track. Get your nutrition and workouts on point and then decide if you wanna supplement with something. but, before getting any of those weird supplements there are on the market today, I'd suggest you to go for protein powder, BCAAs and creatine, see how you go with that, stay with the basics and ALWAYS look for the ingredients, the supplement industry is shit, so you have to be careful. Remember, it's a journey, don't look for the easiest and fastest way.

My uncle is a professional bodybuilder. I'm not sure of the certain brands but he's always eating stuff like that. And also those bars specifically for gaining muscle
There is no magic. If you take creatine, get enough amino acids, calories, carbs, fats, minerals, rest and you train with progressive overload in mind then you should build muscle. Creatine can help you go beyond your limit and has other benefits.
That supplement is probably just creatine with fillers, other junk and amino acids. You are much better off just sourcing a decent creatine mono.
Look at the ingredients im guessing its mostly just over priced creatine and BAA s which are much much cheaper and i find nicer to take as a mixed powder.
there's also something they found in ribena thats supposed to help that they might add?
