For three meals that is not enough fruit, for one meal, that is too much food. I believe the dieting industry contributes to the high cancer rates in Northern Countries. Dr. Berg says over 90% of oatmeal is not safe for consumption because of the chemicals they use to separate the germ from the wheat. Also sometimes low calorie soups contain more sugar than a donut, or more salt than a cut of steak. If you want nutrition, eat home cooked meat. None of this canned tuna stuff.

Eating chemicals does not make you fat right away or ever, but could increase cellular aging or weaken immunity later on. There are very fit people with wrinkles even though they are young. But you look good if your BMI is 21. You should take pride in that.
What chemicals? I just have milk and coco pops. They’re fine.
If I needed to cut out carbs completely I’d just eat steak and nothing else. That way I got the protein and carbs I need, switch up the meats so I get all the nutrients I need.
