diet and work out. if you want to build muscle, you need to eat a lot. proteins and carbs. don't eat crap like fast food all the time--make sure to eat your healthy veggies and fruits. however, you do reach a point where your body naturally can't add anymore weight, it just can't. I've pretty much reached my limit. it can be cheap too. many exercises require little to no equipment. run, swim, pushups, pullups, ab exercises etc. I probably have $30-$40 dollars of equipment at home that will last forever.

Yes and no. The hard part of it is just the matter of consistency. You know how repetitive the same dull boring meals can get for a 13-week cycle? You actually have to learn how to detach any emotion to food. You have to train every part of the body to build a well-proportioned physique. It's just a matter of doing the correct shit for a long period of time. The result that yields is a sculpted and beautiful physique.
It really depends on the person. Some people build muscle more easily than others. I have many friends who are naturally thin and they struggle to build muscle.
My ex bf's cousin was really skinny when I first met him. And he has to work out like 4 hours a day and eat nothing but meat plus supplement with protein shakes to get as big as he is now and to maintain it.
Whereas my ex boyfriend just has to lift a few weights a couple times a week. Like seriously his cousin gets so angry lol.
It doesn't have to be expensive but it is hard work

It is hard to build muscle because our bodies are very efficient and will not build any muscle unless it has to. This is why you need to workout reasonably frequently, and use progressive overload. This way your body has enough frequency and load to force it to adapt because it thinks that it has to for survival.
The only exception is when using steroids. It's extremely difficult and takes a lot of self motivation to get out there a lot for hours and work out and work out and push yourself, it takes years to really get pumped up and you have to work out hard and eat good and get all your protein in and then some guy comes along and takes steroids and does it real fast without putting in the time or a lot of hard work in. It's a real hard thing to do, only the elite that don't cheat can achieve this
it costs you a lot of time, and when you get a real job, time is something you don't have a lot of. If you're obsessed with being strong, then you'll make time for it. If you have any other interests, it gets really hard and expensive.
Its complicated and a long process but not hard if you enjoy the process here is a good quote "don't do something for the reward do it because you enjoy the process"
I pretty much can't build muscle. I get somewhat stronger. I get fitter. I can gain or lose fat. But build muscle? Nope.
Depends on genetics. I outlift almost all of my die-hard gymrat buddies with almost no effort put into lifting, some guys just build muscles easier than others
It's not hard at all. It's more difficult to be lean enough for the muscle to show the way you want
yes it's hard and expensive but I believe that's what makes it amazing.
More so mentally. It can be expensive.
