if it's a little like the second picture it's okay, that's not a belly pooch it's just impossible to have a completely flat belly cause there are organs there. But in my opinion if it's more than that it's not attractive. people should dress with things that's flatter them. But if a girl has belly pooch and feels comfortable wearing those dresses then why not, it's just not something I find attractive because even on thin girls it makes them look fuller around the belly like in the second pic
