But, anyway, let me put it this way. All the straight, adult males I know who have never had girlfriends are fit and healthy, university graduates, at least average-looking and of at least average charm. Very few are virgins. And most have good jobs and many hobbies.

I know a guy that seems to be Mgtow. He's well read, fit, women seem to find him attractive, he seems relaxed and happy, works freelance and does some kind of training. The funny thing is, I've seen women practically throw themselves at him, some half, or nearly half his age.
