Does Fitea work?

It's a tea that helps you lose weight. I see it all over instagram. I want to know if it really works and if I should get it.

Never tried it. Just stick to green tea zero caffeine.
I think the idea is that if you are drinking tea frequently, you are replacing your junk food with tea... which makes you lose weight.

I may be wrong. But either way, green tea as benefits. Fitea is doubtful.

It's essentially a laxative.
It'll do a temporary "fix" but you will not lose fat. You will lose water weight.

Nothing u see online or on tv does anything it claims to do. never. Ever. You wanna lose weight? Go outside and sweat. The only 100% proven method for weight loss. Go run. Go work out. Go sweat ur booty off. There is no food you can eat that will magically make u fit.

no idea, but nothing works better than exercise and eating healthier not necessarily less just healthier
