Would you dump your girlfriend if you found out she has PCOS?

Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome.
I was diagnosed at 16 and I am not sure how to tell my boyfriend. We have been together for 3 years and are serious. He has talked about wanting kids. I may have trouble getting pregnant but I am NOT infertile. It just may take longer for me to conceive rather than a girl without it.
Would you dump your girlfriend if she has this? It's really embarrassing. I never really felt like I needed to say anything because we're so young. I just worry he will hate that about me. It's not like you can even tell I have it.

I think that her medical condition would have become apparent fairly early during the dating process.
Her rolling around on the ground, screaming, clutching her abdomen and begging for opiates would be a big clue.
I know a woman who has had that medical problem since puberty. She goes through so much pain that she has been prescribed Vicodin.

If he doesn't, he isn't serious and mature so you should get rid of him.

I personally wouldn't care at all, because I don't want kids anyway. However, I doubt even someone who wants kids would mind, because like you said, you aren't infertile. It will just take a bit more effort.

no I wouldn't when in dating someone in trying to build them up to be the best person they can be dumping them over something they can't control would be counter intuitive

If he really loves you, and he is serious about you guys, then he will help you go through it and will be there to support you. It may be more difficult but not impossible.
