Been there, done that. I just don't make a big deal about it. I just let her know that she doesn't have to feel embarrassed around me, and if there's anything I can do, she can ask.

There's been a few times we've been out somewhere, and that happened, so she needed me to drive her home. No big deal at all.

Wouldn't bother me. I know she wouldn't do it on purpose and would be embarrassed so I would do something to make her feel better. I'd most likely get her flowers or something later that day.
