+1 yOk, so this has happened to me and it's not that big a deal, so we just try to clean it up and forget about it when it happens. There are actually two separate stains on the bottom of my mattress (I have flipped it over). My fiancé thinks both stains are from her and she is quite embarrassed about it. What I haven't told her however is that one stain is from her, the other is from an ex girlfriend from 4 years ago… I want to tell her that one period stain isn't hers so it will make her feel less bad/guilty/embarrassed about the situation, but I have never been able to bring myself to admit it. I mean could you imagine it… "Hey darling, don't worry because only one of those period blood stains is from you". EXACTLY!
Maybe it's just time to buy a new mattress! XD40 Reply

omfg you just gave me a memory. didn't realise id come on my period and the guy had me on the kitchen counter, and then when we got up he was like whats that on the counter? it was blood, then realised it had got on HIM !!! OMFG i died of embarrassment
Ok that guy was actually a major dick, and in the length of our "relationship" was pretty horrible to me, BUT in that instance he was really nice. He didn't mind and said it was ok. So... From experience, even player guys who don't care about you and are dicks will STILL be nice in that situation. So don't worry about it :)80 Reply
+1 yGood question.
id i was her, id personally be a little embarrassed :( , apologise and just remove it myself to put it in the wash. id kinda feel bad making him clean it. it really depends on whether he insists to do it or not, but id still try to take some sort of action.61 Reply- +1 y
if** i was her ^
+1 yI banged a guy that wasn't my boyfriend, so we weren't super comfortable, and I was off my period but when we had sex, blood came out in my discharge, and he didn't give a shit. He actually left it on the bed that night and washed it in the morning before he went to work.

+1 yJump out of bed, get the sheets off as quickly as possible and put it in water. Blood stains are tough clean once it dries, so the sooner you clean it, the better.
Then I'll put some clean sheets, kiss her, and go to bed. No biggie ;)100 Reply- 2.5K opinions shared on Relationships topic.
+1 yI dunno I'd just ask her what to do. No I wouldn't judge her. She might as well judge me for having aftercum that leaks on new beadsheets long after sex. It's all natural. So yea, I just ask her how can I help and be done with it and move on.

+1 ySounds like a job for Vanish Oxi action !! Just change the sheets & bung them in the washing machine , no fuss or drama , have had a former girlfriend have Aunt Flo autographing my left leg , when she sat on my lap... I pretended it was an injury to spare her blushes !!

+1 yIf she were asleep and that happened, I'd gently roll on top of her and hug and lightly kiss her to wake her up, and then if she started to freak out, I'd give her a really tight hug and a giant kiss on her lips to stop her from talking. I'd have her go take a shower and clean up while she's in it. Not all men are brutes who are disgusted by periods.
70 ReplyI would tell her to go clean up and that I will take care of the bed. I would just wash the sheets. It is not a big deal, only a period and I would not make a big deal about it.

Treat the stains. (I prefer Zout!)
Do laundry.
Make the bed.
Have a cup of coffee.
Generally not make a big deal, shit happens.40 Reply 1.8K opinions shared on Relationships topic. Shit happens. I'd help her clean it up and put on a new sheet. No big deal. No need to feel embarrassed or judged. It is what it is.

You're the first guy I ever heard saying you'd tell your girlfriend to do it. Good job :)
+1 yTake the sheets to wash them with cold water and hopefully I have something to replace it with, but I think I do so whatever

+1 yWash the sheets. It happens sometimes? Sometimes seamen gets on there to. It's just not a big deal and anyone who thinks it is isn't ready for a relationship.
31 Reply- +1 y
That wasn't a question lol... stupid phone
+1 yTell her it's completely fine, kiss her, then I'd just replace the sheet :)
50 ReplyI'd be embarrassed if I was her but my boyfriend and I are close enough that he wouldn't make me feel bad about it. I would offer to help him change the sheets, then I'd take a bath.
20 ReplyScream, run with arms flailing and accuse her of witchery!
I keep telling her to stop writing in bed. And with a old quill and ink it's just an accident waiting to happen. Now you've gone and double dipped the quill to end your sentence, and bam- your period has leaked onto the bed! The devil I say!!!00 Reply
+1 yShe obviosuly wouldn't do it on purpose. So I wouldn't be mad at her.
Just wash the bed sheets, deep clan the mattress and everything. Replace the old with new and we're fine.
I'll warn her to use a tampon/pad carefully next time.32 Reply- +1 y
I think she would be being careful anyway!
- +1 y
That's why the warning may be necassary? 😂
Some girls won't be aware of these incidents.
+1 yWash the sheets, make her breakfast and a bath, and spend time with her and try to make her feel better.

We can't exactly tell when our periods are coming. But its okay, I feel you
- +1 y
Oooh I thought you meant like she was trying to hide it and be shy. If she didn't know I'd just have her bathe and chill and I'll wash up my beddings and lay down new ones.
