I ate chocolate covered pretzels that were expired 5 months ago. Will I get sick?

They expired In January of 2017. They were in sealed in a plastic bag. They tasted good but looked dry and the chocolate on top had a bit of white powder on top. Will I get sick? I ate them 46 hours ago, but I'm having some stomach pain right now. Could it be from the pretzels from almost 2 days ago?

You'll be fine. Those expiry dates are bullshit on most products like that. Pretzels will get a bit stale, but be ok to eat.

Nope. You may have a stomachache or it might just be anxiety. Wasn't the pretzels. Just try and relax and let it pass.
