I ate some moldy bread by accident, will I die?
They make blue cheese which is basically moldy cheese and people buy + eat it because they like the taste

Depends on your immune system. As long as it's stored properly you won't die. It's organic tho but you can be sick.

Yes, everybody dies eventually. But if you're asking if you will die as a direct result from ingesting moldy bread... unlikely. I'm assuming you noticed the mold before you ate a great deal of it so hopefully your intake was minimal.
