They are significantly less likely to. The younger you are, the more elastic your skin is. So loosing the weight early on in life is the most likely for you to get the best result in regards to loose skin. In order to prevent loose skin, you want to lose weight gradually, not quickly. If you lose it too quickly, your skin doesn't have enough time to conform to your new body it loose skin will occur. Also, applying moisturizer to your body will help keep your body even more elastic, which could aid in preventing loose skin as well. Lastly, this one I'm not overly familiar with, but according to many people, talking salt-water baths can help keep the skin tight, which again, should aid in preventing loose skin. I suggest you or a parent/guardian do some research in the topic. In addition, it might not hurt to consult a doctor as well.
yes, teens can get loose skin if they lose a lot of weight.
If she loose a lot in very short time. This age their skin is very elastic so it is very unlikely.
@nextdoorguy true. It won't get as loose as someone in their 50's who lost a lot of weight quickly but even a teen's skin is not so elastic that it won't get loose and saggy at all.
