I'm just wondering since I am an overweight guy who stands about 5'10 and weigh a little over 220lbs. I'm trying to slightly slim down a bit to get my 6 pack muscles and then convert the rest of my fat into larger muscle mass. I just wonder if it's possible to get a body physique somewhere between Kratos (God of War) and Chris Redfield (Resident Evil 5).

Yes, but the amount of training and dedication required isn't something most people have. Plus steroids are a must to achieve the muscle mass required and that is just the tip of the iceberg.
