
Don’t plug your meal plan. Because 9/10 I’ve already tried it and I either threw up because of the amount of food or I’ve tried it for a while with no results. Weight gainers don’t help either because I have a sensitive stomach.

How much do you weigh? you don't look skinny, but I can understand wanting a little mass. I look a bit like you but used to be really skinny. You need to be careful because a lot of guys are judging themselves against steroid users and don't even realize.
What I did to gain more weight was to drink 100 grams of oats with hydrolyzed collagen, cinnamon, Megafood vitamin C powder and GOL green powder before a workout, and after every single meal.
You mentioned having a sensitive stomach, but that's probably more down to the junk, fillers, and other crap you find in the average weight gainer shake.
With my one, I open up a digestive enzyme (Healthy Origins Broad Spectrum) and mix it in with my oats, this helps the body break it all down. Not only did I gain more weight, but my health, energy and overall well being went up too. Look at the nutritional value of 100 grams of real Scottish oats and you can see why.

I don't recommend stuffing yourself at all. I've been there, done that. Some people have good genetics that can minimize fat gains..
But man getting yourself on max gainers and eating twice as much as you are used to to gain like a pound or more a week.. You're gonna end up gaining a lot of fat, which you'll have to cut.. and when you cut you'll lose some of that muscle too unless you do it really slow. Diminishing returns.
Go for a slow gain/bulk like half a pound a week at the most. Increase your calorie intake by 250-500 calories above what it takes to maintain your weight a week and hit the gym with a good program and go from there. Just don't believe in that bullshit that you have to eat like crazy. There's a limit of how much muscle you can gain a month and it also depends on how long you've lifted and how much mass you have already as well

Girls don't give a shit about how you look if you're cool enough 😉
But if you're still on your mule, you need to be on a caloric surplus, with enough protein so you can grow, besides that you need a good training regime, with a good intensity level that will estimulate muscle growth or hypertrophy, and most important you need to be consistent, not just for a while it can you at leats one year to put a couple of pounds.
Last advice get advice from a fitness expert like 3dmj, aaron curtis, people like that, they know their stuff.
Lift heavy and eat and rest. I bulked up from 175 to 190 on a clean bulk. Felt amazing, if you stick with it ur body will adjust to the amount of food your intaking. Do 4-8 rep workouts 3 sets per lift. But its mostly in the diet. Body can't grow wothout nutrition

If you want to gain mass, try increasing your protein intake and working out soon after the protein intake. Also weight gaining supplements help. They fuck up your metabolism, but it will regulate after a bit. But you'll certainly gain weight.

Yer just a kid. Quit worrying about it and get a good education so you can get a high-paying job. Girls are far more impressed with your bank account or wallet. Trust me on this.

Weight gainer supplements just mess with your metab. Really just have to adjust your workout style and make sure your taking recovery shakes with glutamine.
Eat 6-12 meals a day, train 1,5-3 hours a day, sleep 8< hours a day
I think you have mental problems. Please get professional help. I have less mass than you and I was never single for a longer time that half a year
You must not be from the states
When you go to the gym do max lifts so you gain mass then more reps to tone your mussel
After that point you won't be able to gain naturally so steroids will help you but I don't suggest it mate
sleep at 10pm eat lots of chicken peanut butter fish eggs high in protein and cals work out 7 times a week 1 hour in the morning 2 at night
