I would suggest gaining muscle rather than fat. You can look leaner than you do now and still gain some. The key is working out and lifting weights, eat a lot more protein.
But honestly hun, based on your pick I personally wouldn’t try to gain more. You look good now but 160 for your height is overweight by about 20 pounds. Just be careful how much you put on, it could really cause health problems in the future.

It probably won't work. I am stick thin, like my mother. I tried eating to put on weight, but I ended up feeling bloated and so ill. I just had to accept being skinny.
FWIW, I am 5' 1" tall and 88lbs. I know I will probably reach 90lbs over the winter.
You want to bring your weight down by a bit but definitely don't out on more weight.
Putting on more weight it just unhealthy and you'll do a lot of harm to your body. Remember it's not just about the outside but also what's happening on the inside on your body as you become overweight.
Don't try and gain weight fast, you're still young, your metabolism will slow down and you'll put weight on.
Do it SLOWLY, if you really want to. But at the end of the day, if you eat more calories than your body needs to maintain its current weight, you'll gain weight.

You need to stretch out your stomach, so you will be able to eat more food. The best way to do this is eat a very large meal at the start of every day. Another thing would be snack all day on high calorie foods, this can add 1000 calories or more to your daily intake. You look like you would be cute filled out a bit, so keep up the effort and you will get there.
You should get back in shape now because even being 15 pounds overweight isn't good for your health at all. Also anyone who wants you to gain 40 pounds clearly doesn't give a shit about you so you'd be an idiot to do it just to satisfy his disgusting fetish
From the picture it looks like you are at least 10 pounds overweight. Don't gain any more weight and start working out.

Maybe starchy foods? Lots of bread and potatoes as well. The thicker the bread the better.
I lost 8 lbs in a week by leaving out potatoe stuff, so maybe you should try eating more potatoe stuff. But please, do yourself a favor and eat instant stuff, I tried gaining weight by eating selfmade fries and had salmonellae for a few days.
Gain muscle by eating healthy and working out. Don’t just start eating bad foods and gain fat.

I did something like this, I got real fat and didn't like it come up then I lost all that weight and didn't like her friend I was coming so I did research karma learn what to producers red fat.
You can't put on weight fast it doesn't work.
To gain weight you need to do the same as lose it. Healthy diet and exercise and let your body do its thing.30 is way too fat for your height. Lose the belly fat and get back to where you at, maybe now 125, maybe 1222 is good.
