I can’t eat well due to anxiety & choke on food. May I only ate mashed potatoes daily & icecream yogurt & cheap watery meal supplemt shake that’s 200 calories. Nutristionist said that’s y I lost weight as I need 1,500 calories daily not 1,000 as I was eating. Since I spoke to her wensday that was wen I barley began new diet had less anxiety. So since then I eat a small piece of bread with penut butter daily, one day ate Buttery omelet, mashed avacado, refried beans, sour cream, ranch spoonfuls, ensure 350 two a day, 160 whole milk yogurt, one day peach juice, pedialyte, mini muffin, cheesecake, today tried a slice of busciit bread with ketchup & thin slice of cheese. I’m 77.60lbs since last Monday. See doc again Tuesday. I worry as it’ll take til end of month be 80lbs. Food digests slow & taking meds for acid reflux so I eat small portions each hour all day. Will try eat a small piece chicken soon, pasta tomrow, milk, get more nutrition. Any help? I have loose flabby skin on arms n thighs. Yesterday drank glass 150 banana milk. Maybe tuna on bread with butter? Each day try something new.
