Smoothies have high calories. Get organic frozen fruit, some kind of juice, could add peanut butter, some oats or something for extra bulk, or granola, flax seeds or chai. Go for stuff that's easy to chew and digest. That could upset your stomach if not. Burrito bowls from chipotle pretty much got everything you need there. You could probably look recipes up on YouTube for it.

If you want to fill your volume of you body, you might want to lift weights and eat lots of protein. Otherwise eat more cottage cheese and mashed whole potatoes (as thick as you can handle) because this can slow absorption and allow for more weight retention. I eat about 8 oz of cottage cheese with fruit for lunch, but you may want more.
