So I've been working in gym for at least a year I gained definition, but no weight. I was eating at least 6 eggs a day, half a liter of milk in the morning, 150g spaghettis with 2 cans of tuna, school launch, cottage cheese, 2-3 bananas, etc.
Was anyone here skinny and he gained like 10 kg? I'm looking for all opinions, but if I'll find some ectomorphs here it's totally different training for ectomorphs.
For example Brendan Meyers (street workout athlete - he was skinny too about 58kg and 185cm his daily food meal is insane!!)
