Find toning exercises and you'll gain weight by doing them and eating more. You won't get "too big" so don't bother listening to people who say you will build too much muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so you won't bloat up by eating more. I don't recommend pigging out on junk food either. Just keep track of what you're eating and set goals. You don't necessarily need a gym either. Bodyweight exercises work wonders.
You're still growing, for one thing. Your body is grabbing all the materials it can to turn you into an adult.
You might just be a naturally slender person. I know someone who is 5'1, about your weight and no matter how much she eats, she doesn't change. She's in her 30s, too.

ok dont listen to the under/ over weight crap your 15 you have a high metabolism your body is fine your obviously not in the hospital or anything and if your 5ft and 106 lbs you are not underweight especially for a 15 yearold girl your about average maybe a little small stop worring your perfect just the way you are and if anyone else tells you otherwise they are wrong and not people you need to talk to
