I'm really underweight and I need to gain weight fast. I've been trying for months and months and have only gained one pound. Eating a lot isn't doing anything. My metabolism is overactive. What else can I do? I wonder if I should work out to build muscle but I really don't want to burn any more calories than I do just sitting and doing nothing. I don't want to be fat but I want to be closer to a normal weight. I want 10-15 pounds. Please help, tips?

By the way I eat a lot of carbs and protein. Peanut butter, meat, beans. Cheese. It isn't working.
don't eat a lot of junk food, that will only make it worse. try eating more carbs and slowly eating more and more. another trick? eat right before bed (unless it gives u nightmares) while you are asleep, your body doesn't burn as many calories

If you are naturally thin and do not have health problems, I don't think there is any reason to gain weight.
I heard sperm helps women get fat.. the only problem is you have to eat it from down there.
Eat lots bannas, nuts. Its healthy and should work hopefully
