No. Four teeth getting removed isn't so much, so you won't notice any differences appearance wise. In addition your skull and muscles is determining how your head shape looks like. The only way the teeth would affect your face is when you removes either almost all or all the teeth in your mouth.

Mine didn't when I had mine removed a few years back. Overall tho if anything I"d say if ur worried about ur jaw line u should go through w all 4 getting removed so that things will be "evened out" no matter what.

It's not going to alter your face shape. The shape of your face is due to bone structure and facial muscles and wisdom teeth have no effect on either.
Getting your wisdom teeth out does not cave your face in. That woman looks malnourished, which is completely different from having had oral surgery.

Not really my face was super swollen the days after but it went back to normal. I only got the bottom 2 removed

No. Only change might be the first few days from swelling. Though I can still feel a big hole from where one of my wisdom teeth was removed about 2 years ago, but no facial changes.
