Im worried because I have a very structured face already, and I've heard of you remove them your face sinks in, I would probably look like the woman in the picture a few years later. Have you noticed a difference after getting your teeth extracted? Is it good or bad? (I only need to get 2 out of 4 removed but he dentist recommends I get all 4 removed)

No. Four teeth getting removed isn't so much, so you won't notice any differences appearance wise. In addition your skull and muscles is determining how your head shape looks like. The only way the teeth would affect your face is when you removes either almost all or all the teeth in your mouth.
This only happens to your face if you've no teeth:

Your jaw and other bones are responsible for your facial structure, not your teath. Your gums may sink in a little where your teeth were in your jaw but your face doesn't change.2
