Looking at the healthy BMI (Body Mass Index), for someone who is 23 years of age and is 5’4, the perfect weight lies around 128 pounds/ 58KG. I know I shouldn’t ask a woman this question, but out of curiosity and the sake of this question, how much do you weigh?

You could go by BMI, but it doesn't account for how much of your mass is muscle or fat. By BMI standard, I am obese, despite visible abdominal muscles.
Moral of the story: Go by body measuring body fat %, not weight/height.
My mom says a good way to tell is getting your height in meters and subtracting 0,1 meter for your ideal weight in kg. So for me, I’m 1,65 so my ideal weight is 55 kg.
When I was 5"3 I was told my ideal weight was 120 which was how much I weighed.
Probably anywhere from 50kg-65kg depends on how you're built

i.pinimg.com/.../...5458aab17f05f7fe1c06e9de2c.pngIt’s all about how you pack on the weight. I could a 180 lbs of fat or muscle.
As a female under 165 I think is relatively healthy but last I heard it might be lower then that.
I'd say 115-140 pounds
110 - 145 lbs
