Trending & News Meh I get similar thing from doing extended physical chores like splitting wood with an ax for hours or hoeing the guarded etc that's either
long periods of time with vibration like a vacuums or a chainsaw
or from overworking your hands in reppetative tasks and physically demanding tasks like scrubbing or moving heavy items your not used to doing it'll go away like a hard leg work out and your legs shake and you stumble walking out. Or maybe I'm an extremist.
I have the same thing happen. It usually occurs after i've been holding things to tight in my hands. Like a mop or a screwdriver. My doctor said it sounded like i was compressing a nerve in my hand and suggested i try to do hand strengthing exercises to help protect the nerve.
It could be low blood sugar. Or something neurological.
I get shaky if I try to concentrate on a task with my hands really hard. Sometimes if I am doing very fine painting my hand is like a little jackhammer.. some days I'm just randomly shaky a little bit like while pouring mild on cereal for examplr. A saw a neurologist a year ago and they told me it was a benign tremor or something.
If it is something you are concerned about talk to your family doctor.
Yes... I would. It could be many different medical issue or may be just simple such as your diet, stressed out, if you gave a medical condition already. But I would get it looked at it. Better to get it checked then he sorry at the end. Hope all goes good for you.
Yes, if you are getting physical tremors regularly, it's a medical issue. See a doctor.
Keep a record of what you are eating and drinking and when though.
This can be due to too much caffeine or a drop in blood sugar, among many things.
Yes, you should see a doctor. Sounds like a neurological issue or perhaps a muscle spasm
I do have a history of muscle spasms too..
Might just be something as simple as stress induced flare, but better to be safe than sorry

Yes i recommend you should see a doctor. It could also be Low Blood Sugar from burning up calories and your glucose levels could be dropping below 70. The normal is 70-99 / 80-120 .
You might have early age Parkinson's... Of course, that's worst case scenario but I think you should see a doctor...
Could be stress related or nerves/cramps. If it happens a lot i would check it with the doctor even if it's not dangerous or in the way. I hope everythings going to be fine :)
That sounds like it might warrant a doctor's visit yes
No idea what it could be though but it sounds like it would be worth finding out if it happens regularly
If you don't do these chores regularly then your hands will shake.
It's same as working out in a gym after a very long time.
It happens in the beginning.
But if you do that work daily and still hands are shaking then go see the doctor.
Blood sugar may have gotten low from the exertion. Just chill out and eat something.
It could be something wrong with your nerves. You should let it checked out
Please please see a doctor.
Better see a doctor to be sure.
