So i have recently lost 2 kgs after 4 months.
It took a while but i did it the "healthy way".
With exercise and eating vegetarian for some time.
I have been starting to get a lot more fat-shamed after losing weight.
I'm not only doing this diet for people. But for me to be happy with my weight. I want to weigh 50-55 kgs. I'm 62 kgs now. I will do the diet for a week i think. Before "school".
So that i can look good in my first year of high school.
So i'm wondering should i do it.
I have watched people on youtube do it. And lose 5 - 10lbs IN 3 DAYS.
I know it's not healthy for my body. But i think i will lose 20 kgs. So i willl be 40 kgs.
Then gain it back and be 50 kgs. My mum accepted me to do it.
But should i still?
