Do you think my diet is enough? If not please suggest me what should I eat?

I eat a boiled egg and sweet yoghurt as a breakfast between 7-9.
Then I drink two glasses of banana milkshake I add Suger too. (I add one glass milk and half glass water with 5 bananas and 3 spoon Suger)
Sometimes I eat a packet of noodles too which are of 138 calories. (Between 12 to 1)
Then I eat at 5:30 (vegetables and round south Asian bread made of grains )
I drink very less water in a day.
Then I sleep.
(I may have snacks too soemtimes/rarely )
What do u think about my diet?
Do you think my diet is enough? If not please suggest me what should I eat?
