i let myself go really hard for the holidays and anyways i needed to lose weight before that (i gained like almost 10kgs in 5 months...). i'm borderline overweight now like i'm at a bmi of 23-24 (ew i know). it's also new year soon and i need to be skinny again as quick as possible
tell me a certain number of hours i can't eat for, tell me a food to ban from my diet and give me random exercise hour. also tell me over what period of time i should do that. i know that sounds weird but just do it lol. i'll add everything from everyone who comments, and i'll try to follow everything
exemple: 21hours u fast, can't eat bread, work out for 10 hours
also would be cool for you to give a weight that i need to hard restrict (like heavy restriction) before as long as i dont get to it. right now i'm at 73.2kgs. will feel disgusting until i'm 65kgs (bmi 21). and will only feel good below 60kgs (18-19).
exemple: hard diet until you get to 67kgs
i know this sounds weird but that type of stuff help me a lot, just comment please lol

Start exercising before starting any diets at least 6-8 weeks. You need to create a caloric debt in your body. And building muscle is a self-sustaining solution. Pound for pound, muscle burns more calories than fat, and takes up less room on your bones (your inches will drop). . Again, to stay legal, I must refer you to your doctor and dietician since I am "only" a Massage Therapist with 29 years of experience.
I think you need a dietitian. It’s not good to take medical advice form random strangers online
